She is the Director for King's Kids Preschool. She has been working in the education field for over 20 years including before and after school childcare, as a Kindergarten Teacher Assistant, a Preschool Teacher, and as an Assistant Director. She also teaches a Preschool Sunday School class here at Cedars Church.
Heather has completed an A.A. in Liberal Studies at Vista College, an A.A. in Early Childhood Studies at Ohlone College, a B.A. in Humanities with an emphasis in Education through New College of California.
Heather has a passion for children and their families. She believes teaching is a calling as well as a blessed opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Miss Pam is a blessing to King's Kids and primarily serves as our Office Administrative Assistant. She has over 8 years of teaching experience in the Early Childhood field. She kindly assists in the classroom now and then, and enjoys getting to know all the children.
This is her third year teaching in the Panda Bears Room. She is a mother of three, and grandmother of two children. She has been a preschool teacher for over 25 years, and has a teaching certificate from Ohlone College. Ms. Kristy has said, "working in the Panda Bears Room has been a joy.” She has appreciated the love, and support of the staff, and families. She looks forward to many more precious years at King’s Kids.
This is her fifth year teaching at King's Kids. Her 15+ years of experience with children range from birth to 6th grade. She has been active in her church children's ministry for 5 years. As a teacher in the Brown Bear Room she is passionate about helping the children discover the world around them as they grow. As children grow she feels they need to develop the right tools to be successful in all they do.
This is her fourth year teaching at King’s Kids. She is a teacher in the Brown Bear Room. She has taught preschool for five years as well as children’s ministries for the past ten. It is her desire to provide a caring, safe, and stimulating environment in which the children are free to explore, create, learn and grow.
She is also a mother of three children whose ages range from elementary to Junior High School.
This is her second year teacher at King's Kids Preschool. She did her internship here in 2012 and fell in love with King's Kids! Miss Jesenia is a teacher in the Panda Bear room and loves working with the three year olds, as well as all the other children in our extended care. She is continuing her education to become a K-6 teacher. Jesenia feels blessed to be able to work with your child and looks forward to your support to make this a wonderful year for your entire family.
She has been with Kings Kids for nine years and claims it as her second home. She has been working in the Early childhood field for over 27 years. Her goal in the Polar Bear Room is to provide opportunities where your child can grow and thrive as a person, as well as to set a course to prepare your child for kindergarten success. It is also her goal to instill each child with a sense of wonder and eagerness to learn , as well as building a strong belief in themselves so they may accomplish their goals.
She has been with Kings Kids for eight years. She has over seventeen years of experience with young children. She has a Certificate and Permit in Early Childhood Education and Care. She is currently working on an A.A. degree in Early Childhood Studies. She loves working in the Sun Bears Room with young children as they are fun and the interaction is rewarding. She is eager to share, learn and grow with children in her care.
She has been with Kings Kids for eight and a half years, and is currently in the Polar Bear Room. Her life has been centered around children for many years. She has worked with young children for over 30 years. Teaching has been a lifelong passion for Ms. Erin. She has taught swim, children's worship, Girl Scouts, & has even volunteered candy striping. Her desire is to provide children with a first school experience that will instill a love for learning and exploration through "hands on" activities that nurture each child's special gifts. She is a mother of 3 grown children and delights in being a grandmother!
She has been with Kings Kids for over ten years. She is known on campus as the "Tissue Lady"! No child can walk by her with a runny nose. The children love this Great Grandmother. She enjoys her time with the children as in her words, "It makes me feel young." She is caring, attentive, loving, and kind to all the children.
